At CultureFly, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collectibles and mystery boxes may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
